FAQ: How do I know if my item shipped?

FAQ: I have a shipping question.

All orders with RentLuggage include an email shipment tracking information. You will receive an email with your specific tracking information when your item is processed for shipping.  The timing of this tracking email depends on when you have selected your rental delivery date. 

If you haven’t received an email with your tracking information, drop us a note. We are glad to provide more insight on where your item is. 

Please also note in your order if you would prefer the item be left in a particular spot such as the side of the house. We are able to note this points to our shipping partners when we book the shipping order with them. 

We generally ship items with FEDEX. We can also ship with UPS if you prefer. Please advise if you prefer UPS.  Shipping rates with UPS may be slightly different. We don’t offer USPS on our items. 

Please note all rental come with free return shipping. If you have purchased an item with us, we do take returns though return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please send us a note or read our terms and conditions of sale for further details. 

We also offer overnight and 2-Day shipping options if you need your item more quickly.  Our default shipping option is FEDEX ground. When you check out, we provide you these different options for you to select the best option that works for you. 

If the box your item is damaged during shipping to you, drop us a note, we can provide you an alternative.

If you lose your original box, please also send us a note to clarify on the best means to help. Our free return shipping on rental is conditioned on your using a box that is the same size that you received the rental item in.
