How does the golf travel bag rental time period work?
The golf travel bag rental period starts the day you want to receive the golf travel bag and ends the day you shipped the golf travel bag back to us. We look to the FedEx tracking number to determine these dates.
For instance, if you receive the rental bag on a Tuesday and send it back the following Tuesday, you have rented the bag for a week and should have selected that rental option.
If you hold onto the golf travel bag past the agreed upon period, you will be charged a pro rate amount for the additional time period. For instance, if you signed up for two weeks, but keep the golf travel case for a month, you will be charged for the extra two weeks.

How does return shipping work?
With every rental we include a pre-paid FedEx shipping label with the golf travel bag. All you have to do is place the prepaid return shipping label on the original box over the original shipping label and drop it off at a FedEx location. This prepaid return shipping label is addressed to our offices in Missouri.

What if the golf travel bag is destroyed or lost or badly damaged when rented?
The renter is responsible for all damage to the golf travel case during the rental period. If the golf travel bag is not returned after a reasonable period of time, the customer will be given notice and charged for replacement golf travel bag. Rentluggage.com retains the sole right to determine if the luggage is lost or damaged, and the costs to be charged for repair, replacement, or cleaning.
How long does it take for the golf travel case to ship?
Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground which normally takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your shipping address. If you need it quicker than FedEx Ground, we do list other shipping options available and the costs associated with them during the check out process such as two day and overnight.
Where do you deliver golf travel bags to?
Orders can shipped to your home, office, Airbnb, Vrbo, or even Fedex or Fedex or UPS affiliate locations.
If my golf trip is several weeks or months out should I go ahead and order it now?
Yes, double yes. We take orders several months out if you like. The sooner you place the order, the better we can guarantee you will get your golf travel bag on time and make sure your golf travel bag is in stock when you need it.
Can I ship the rental back from a different location compared to where I received the rental?

No, not at this time.

Every time we receive the golf travel bag back from a customer, we disinfect the golf travel bag using a special process.
If I have an upcoming golf trip, how far off should I place my order so the golf travel bag is received prior to departure?
We recommend a 5 business day grace period prior to any scheduled trip to ensure you receive the luggage in time. If you need a rental bag quicker than our standard shipping option, we do provide faster options. The costs associated with these faster shipping options are displayed during the check out process.

The return shipping label comes with golf travel bag inside the shipping box. If your golf travel did not come with a shipping label, please contact us.

What is your Return Policy if my golfing trip plans change?
Rentluggage.com has a no refund policy, though if you have questions or concerns regarding your rental, we will be happy to do what we can to resolve your issues.
What is your Cancellation & Refund policy if my golfing trip is canceled or delayed?
Rentluggage.com will cancel a particular order and issue a refund minus a $5.00 processing charge if you email us prior to a shipping email notification being sent out. If a shipping email notification is sent, a cancellation is not allowed and a refund will not be given.
